Booking Information

• Eliza’s Nikiti Beach House operates from April to October and can host up to 6 people (adults and children).
• The vacation rental rates are in euros, for 4 people (adults and children).
• All additional guests are charged 20 euros per person per day.
• Prices include linen, towels, basic soap, water, electricity etc.
• Additional one time cleaning fee at the end of your stay: 70 euros.
• Additional lodging tax 15 euros per day.
• Check in time 3:00pm / Check out time 10:00am
• A 30% deposit is required for every booking and the remaining balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
